The Mission

What is your God-given mission in life?

Most off us think that the mission given to us is a very special mission, that you are here for a special reason and that God chose you for that special mission and thanks to you the world will be saved. But it’s not like that actually, there may be a very few that their mission is something really special but for the rest of us 99.99% of mortals the mission is a bit less dramatic.
There are of course several stages in your mission on earth and here they are;

1.- Waking Up, or accepting Christ, bringing your spirit or soul (whichever way you want to call it) to life,
Before this point, your mission was to get to this point, and it’s similar to waking up, because once you accept Christ and you are connected to God, you will acquire a new sense, it’s like your consciousness is suddenly awakened, or expanded and you perceive the world in a much different way.
2.- To learn from Christ… To really know what Christ taught, which was love, to let God flow thru you and let him do the work, from loving to forgiving to taking the negative things that could happen to you in life.
But you could ask, why come to earth in a flesh body instead of learning all those things in our original heavenly home?
Because you had to suffer to be able to learn to be able to change.
We all suffer, some more than others, and that suffering will make changes to you, and if you are following Christ those changes will have positive outcomes in your spiritual growth.  You have to realize that this life is about “Transformation” you could say that the main reason we are alive is to “Be Transformed” by God, and you thought that the creation had already been finished, well it has not, because God is still in the process of creating beings that will inhabit his kingdom, but these inhabitants have to be transformed beings, transformed into beings of LOVE which happens after you accept Jesus Christ as your savior and he baptizes you with the Holy Spirit.
